    All sales are final and non-refundable. Because we deliver products by download, each product license key constitutes a separate contract and if you purchased the product you are not entitled to revocation, return, refund or to cancel in whole or part the contract in case of any defect. The risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery of the products (in the case of product download, delivery is considered complete when the license key is sent by email, not when the product is actually downloaded).

    License Information

    One-Year, Single-User Subscription License

    You are purchasing a single named-user, one-year subscription license for the right to use Inference. The terms of the license are specified in the License Agreement accompanying the installation of Inference. The license will expire 365 days after we send the license key to you, regardless of the date you download or use the software.

     

    Order Information

    Payment

    Payment shall be made by such methods that are indicated on the website or by any other method expressly agreed by Blue Reference. We will charge credit cards online, after the order is placed and the credit card information is provided to us. Blue Reference reserves the right to verify the credit card payment prior to acceptance and emailing the license key.

    The order will appear on your credit card statement as "INFERENCE FROM BLUE REFER."

    Product Delivery

    Our goal is to deliver ordered products as quickly as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after the purchase, and receive an email with a download link and software license key within 24 working hours pending payment authorization. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be completed the following week.

    Delivery of the product download link and license key will be made to a valid email address submitted by you. If you refuse or fail to take the products delivered by Blue Reference, any risk of loss or damage will pass to you and Blue Reference (without any liability) will have the right of payment in full for the product.
